Description | a) Study of new drugs and/or phtycomplexes acting as as potential anticancer This research aims to evaluate the anti-tumor potential of new compounds by identifying the molecular determinants acting on cytoskeleton organisation and cell division. b) Study of biochemical pathways involved in degenerative processes: new targets for anti-cancer compounds and/or preventing neurodegeneration: The purpose of this research is devoted to the study of new pathways involved in the process of degeneration (ie TSPO recepor complex; KIF 11, Rho A; etc) as a possible pharmacological target in cancer treatment or neurodegenerative disorders. c) Nanotoxicology: Evaluation of the potential carcinogenic and autoimmune activity of metal nanoparticles: in vitro studies. d) Toxicological evaluation of food supplements. |
