DescriptionMain activities are: in vitro gene tranfer by viral vectors (adenovirus, retrovirus and lentivirus); effects of viral integrations in the human genome; integration site selection and tracking in clonal cell population; development of genome editing approaches to manipulate and correct genetic defects.
