Within the Erasmus+ Program for traineeships, the Department of Life Sciences (DSV) offers its students and recent graduates the opportunity to undertake an internship at companies, training centers, and public or private research institutions in one of the participating countries. To be eligible, students must be enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, a master's degree program, or other recognized third-level qualifications (including doctoral studies).
In this context, the DSV Erasmus coordinators organize specific meetings, prepare the learning agreement related to the specific internship program, and handle the recognition of ECTS credits.
Students who are awarded a scholarship receive financial support from the European Union.
For more information, please visit the university's webpage here or contact the Student Mobility Office at studentmobility@unimore.it. On the mentioned website, mobility calls are published, and you can download the "Guide to completing and submitting the online application," which describes the steps to follow to submit your application.
Even in the case of the Erasmus+ program for traineeships, DSV students awarded a scholarship must confirm their acceptance according to the instructions provided by the mobility office, or risk forfeiture.
Before Departure:
Students must have a Learning Agreement (LA) describing the specific internship program, approved by the Erasmus coordinator of their home institution and the foreign internship supervisor.
Upon Completion of the Project:
Students must have the "after the mobility" section of the LA completed by the foreign supervisor and send the PDF file to the Erasmus coordinator to initiate the process for recognizing the corresponding ECTS credits.
