To enhance the impact of its research outcomes, the Department of Life Sciences (DSV) has established close collaborations with entities and companies to achieve goals in innovation and technology transfer.
The DSV maintains numerous partnerships based on specific agreements that enable both collaborative projects and the planning of internships and laboratory activities directly within companies or at the facilities of technology parks. In this context, the DSV, together with the Mirandola Technology Park (TPM) and the Biomedical District, is deeply committed to integrating research and training objectives within the Life Sciences field with applied research in the industrial sector. This collaboration involves one of the most significant biomedical districts globally, which includes over 100 companies specializing in single-use plastic products and equipment for dialysis, cardiac surgery, transfusion used in healthcare sectors such as hemodialysis, cardiac surgery, anesthesia and intensive care, apheresis and plasmapheresis, transfusion, nutrition, and gynecology.
Below are some laboratories from the TPM and companies within the District that have carried out collaborative activities with the DSV.
